Your TAKE 11!! The 11th episode of our running series which we love so much is out now, and today we discuss mental health but with a difference to our last cut, talking about anxiety instead. Some great points about the relationships between physical & mental health & also the great work Tanya is doing with Championing Youth Minds to combat the stigmas surrounding it. Big thanks to the creator of such a great initiative for coming on and we hope you all enjoy the short but sweet episode!

The final Your TAKE of this year, yes you heard that right it is finally over :). We end with another heavy but also light-hearted one with Mathew Curtis, a current gap-year student who leads workshops and sessions about topics like leadership, teamwork etc. and how they link to faith with Olaolu. Today Olaolu interviews him on his sixth form decisions, the mental health struggles he’s had to deal with recently and the advice he has to people who may be going through something similar, enjoy!!

TW - self-harm On today's Your Take, we cover a very serious topic; one that has affected many people in many different ways, and one that can resonate with some a lot deeper than others. Joe gives us a breakdown of his mental health battle over the past 2 years. Now this video itself just like all of our others isn't a substitute for medical help, but Julian & I got so much out of this conversation from information about awareness to understanding more about what our friend has been going through, and we also know Joe got a lot out of recording this video just to get so much off his conscience.
